1. Subscription

1. The Dravya web and mobile application have two versions- The 'Essential Pack' with free registration has restricted access to the content and advanced features. The level of restriction is defined by Kerala Ayurveda and is subject to change without prior notice / notification. The 'Professional Pack' is the full premium version and provides the User complete access to all its utilities. The users have to subscribe to access the Professional pack features of the Dravya web and mobile apps.

2. On subscribing the same app or website gets upgraded into the Professional Pack and certain content and features gets unlocked. The Subscription fees, unlocked content and features are as mentioned in the 'Subscribe' Page of the web and mobile apps. Kerala Ayurveda reserves the right and authority to add, modify or remove any subscription plans, including and not limited to its duration, price, bundled contend and feature provisions, without any prior notice.

3. The User agrees to make all payments related to subscriptions directly to Kerala Ayurveda via the in-app payment gateways or by paying physically to the representatives assigned by Kerala Ayurveda for this purpose in exchange for Subscription coupons. The Users agree and acknowledge that it shall not hold Kerala Ayurveda responsible for any loss or damage caused to the User during the payment process, due to any acts or omission on the part of the user, third party gateways or the collection agents or for any actions/ omissions which are beyond the control of Kerala Ayurveda.

2. Automatic Renewal

1. Renewal Policy

Subscriptions plans are pre-scheduled for a fixed time period. Upon expiry of the scheduled period of the subscription plan, the premium features are locked and the app is downgraded to the Essential Pack. The users are required to re-subscribe to upgrade back to the Professional Pack. If you have opted for automatic renewal, either directly or as part of your default payment setting, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term for another limited duration as defined in your subscription plan. By enabling automatic renewal, you agree that we may automatically renew your subscription and charge your account on the day of completion of your previous subscription date (the “Renewal Date”), unless you cancel your subscription before the Renewal Date. Kerala Ayurveda will automatically renew your subscription each year on the Renewal Date until you cancel your subscription or until Kerala Ayurveda no longer offers the subscription service.

2. Notification of Automatic Renewal

You will receive due notification about the renewal of subscription either directly from Kerala Ayurveda or through your payment channel. The notice will let you know that your current subscription term is about to end and the Renewal Date when your subscription will be renewed and your account charged. All notices regarding your subscription will be sent to your last email of record or to the notification stream set up by you in your account. To cancel your subscription without your account being charged for the next term, you must do so before the Renewal Date. Please keep a record of when your subscription term ends and the next Renewal Date. You are responsible for timely cancelling your subscription regardless of whether you receive any notice from us.

3. Payment and Price

The renewal payment is due on the Renewal Date and will automatically be charged to the same payment mode that you used for the original subscription or the most recent renewal price. Please notify Kerala Ayurveda Customer Service at mail@keralaayurveda.biz before the Renewal Date of any changes to your email, account or billing information. The renewal price will be the same price as for the previous subscription term unless Kerala Ayurveda gives you advance notice of a price change. You will also receive a notice if there are any changes to the subscription service terms.

4. Refunds

There is no refund of the subscription amount under any circumstances unless adhering to the legal policies as per provisions beneath the jurisdiction of India.

5. How to cancel automatic renewal

You may directly visit your payments channel to cancel a subscription made through that specific channel. If the payment was made directly to us, you may contact Kerala Ayurveda Customer Service at mail@keralaayurveda.biz to cancel your subscription. Cancellation made on or after the renewal date will be effective only after the duration of the specific subscription period is completed. The user may continue to access Professional pack features during the remainder of the subscription period.

6. Subscription and Renewal using Special Codes

Alternatively, the Dravya web and mobile apps can be upgraded to Professional Pack by entering 'Special Codes' which are either send via an email or SMS or as Printed Scratch Cards. Typically, this subscription model is pre-set for a limited duration of one year from the date of subscription (which is the date of use of the code to subscribe and not the date of receipt of the code or purchase of the scratch card) and subscriptions made via such coupons automatically expire instead of renewal, after the pre-set duration.
